Innovation Professional Services LLP was founded by Russell Powis, Rhys Llewellyn and Martin Coombes.

Formerly a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Russell built and managed the largest tax practice in South West England and Wales, whilst Rhys grew and managed the largest employee tax practice in South West England and Wales before going on to become the UK national managing partner of Ernst & Young’s employee tax business. Martin established the largest actuarial and pensions consultancy practice in Wales.

Russell, Rhys and Martin have spent years operating throughout the UK. Rhys has also worked in Brussels, France and the US.

The executive have had a long-standing ambition to establish a professional services firm, which is dedicated to the dynamic, internationalising middle-market, in order to share the benefits of their best practice experience.
