Kate has been working in the Financial Services Industry since 1997, starting out in NPI with roles in Customer Service, Technical Support and Audit.

In 2004 she joined an Independent Financial Advisor in Cardiff as Office Manager. Then in 2006 she joined Innovation LLP as a Manager.

She is married with 3 children and in her spare time she enjoys horse riding and playing the piano.
