Rhys studied languages at Swansea University prior to moving on to study Economic Science at Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France. Having completed his academic studies he moved to Coopers & Lybrand in London and 15 years later became the UK National Managing Partner of Ernst & Young’s employee tax practice, the world’s second largest professional services firm.
He also lectures at University of Wales.
He specialises in both UK and US domestic and international taxation. Rhys is very creative and prides himself on the “cost-down” value added solutions that he delivers to his clients. He is extraordinarily well experienced having also worked in Belgium, France and the US.
