Background

Over the last decade Innovation has grown into the UK’s leading provider of car-fuel cost saving solutions as well as business mileage expenses and car related benefit expertise.

We were originally set up by three former colleagues and friends from EY, Deloitte and PwC who had a common dream of delivering alternative thinking and solutions together with great client service but at an affordable and competitive cost. 

In 2008 two of the UK’s leading employment tax experts John Messore and Peter Moroz joined, bringing large corporate and Big Four tax expertise. We developed the private-fuel buyout initiative over 10 years ago and we are still the biggest providers of this solution today. 

Significant growth followed subsequently, and it is testament to the original founding ethos of alternative thinking and great client service that, over 10 years later, original clients are still with us today. 

What also makes us different is that we do not operate a stopwatch when billing clients. We invoice by reference to value delivered. It is also remarkable that, for a practice based in South Wales, we provide services for some of the world’s biggest and well-known companies; a fact of which we are incredibly proud.

  • Many of the UK’s biggest construction and house building companies.
  • Three out of the UK's four largest motor retail groups.
